Our foundational 4-day Sacred Birth Doula IMMERSION training is ideal for those who prefer to join us in sacred circle for a shorter, more intensive, learning experience with the opportunity to connect in-person with our doula community.
The COMBINED option to enroll together with the Postnatal Doula training continues as the separate 3 day training, including Closing the Bones ceremony.
This foundational Sacred Birth Doula training is held face-to-face in a small group learning environment two or three times a year. You will learn a range of practical, educational and spiritual tools to support birthing families, as a new doula you will feel confident and empowered to support pregnant women/couples, generate feelings of trust in the birth process and clarity for conscious birth choices.
On completion of the 4-day face-to-face training module, which offers valuable in-person learning, personal development and support, you will be able to work with pregnant and birthing clients immediately.
Following the in-person training, you will receive professional Mentoring & Guidance with an experienced doula as you complete the required three student doula births to receive your Certificate of Completion.
You will also have access to a private FACEBOOK DOULA GROUP – an active forum to stay connected, be up-to-date in all thing birthing and receive support from experienced doulas and mentors.

Why do Face-to-Face training?
As a Doula you will be working with pregnant women and their families during one of the most meaningful times of their lives – it is a privilege and a blessing to share this intimate time with your clients and one that requires a high level of personal awareness. Inner exploration and personal growth is an essential aspect of doula work.
The immersion training is an opportunity to participate in sacred women’s circle, an experiential learning environment that offers nurturing connection with those joining you on the path to becoming a doula, creating bonds and professional relationships that will support you as you complete the practical aspects of becoming a doula in your own location and grow your business.
You may already be working as a Pre-natal Yoga Teacher, Doula, Childbirth Educator, Midwife, Naturopath or Massage Therapist, however, NO previous pregnancy/birth experience is necessary to attend the training.
The small group face-to-face learning environment also offers additional support if you are undertaking on-line or distant learning as a Doula or Childbirth Educator. For those who have already undertaken Pre-natal Yoga or Doula Training this workshop will enhance your skills and give you fresh inspiration as a sacred birth worker.
The Sacred Birth Doula IMMERSION has been enjoyed by hundreds of students, as this course is offered twice a year it fills quickly, early registration and payment of the deposit secures your place.
FEES 2023-2024
4-day SACRED BIRTH IMMERSION plus MENTORING – $2200
FEES will increase on 1st January 2024 to $2500

DEPOSIT OF $400 required on Registration, balance of $1800 due no later than 1st January 2024.
Fees include a comprehensive Training Manual and on-going Support & Mentoring to complete 3 Births as a student Doula with Case Study assignments and to confidently launch your Doula Business.

OPTION 2 – SACRED BIRTH PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP
For existing Doulas, Student Midwives, Birth Workers or Pregnant Women, who wish to attend the face-to-face workshop for your own personal or professional development (mentoring not included).
Full fees $1500 includes comprehensive Doula Manual.
This workshop offers the opportunity to dive deeper into all things birthing, as a professional it supports greater connection with your soul path and the unique gifts you offer at this transformational time. For pregnant women it will give you the clarity and confidence to make the most holistic choices for your birth experience, heal and release any fears to enhance early bonding as you welcome your baby with joy! Please contact us to discuss this option BEFORE registering. If you wish to continue the Mentoring module this can be added at a later date.
PLEASE NOTE: Face-to-face courses are held in small groups and places fill quickly; where a date indicates ‘WAITLIST’ please contact us before making payment.
Once a place has been offered, payment of the deposit and completion of Registration Form is required within 7 days to confirm your registration.
